Your safety on the road is the main concern of our carriers. Every day the motorcoach operators take practical actions in to ensure safety. The driver is the first to make sure his vehicle is in order. A visual inspection must be made of the exterior and interior of the vehicle, and any problems must be brought to the attention of management, which will quickly take the necessary steps to remedy the situation.

Carriers are obliged to maintain their vehicles. Although regulations impose a minimum amount of inspection, the majority of carriers inspect the mechanical condition of coaches and buses based on higher criteria. The inspection and maintenance of vehicles requires rigor and strict controls, and transport company personnel make this a very important focus. 

In recent years, APAQ and its members collaborated closely with the different government partners to implement new safety regulations. The objective is to maintain vigilance and to consider road safety as a constantly evolving issue.
