Espacebus is the information portal on group travel and the network of intercity, urban, specialized, and rural transit throughout Québec. It is not a bus company, a terminal or a travel agency. Espacebus.ca does not accept reservations. For now it cannot provide information on big city bus routes (transit corporations and CIT).

What is EspacePro?

EspacePro is an excellent working tool for the organizers of group travel. It gives you access to over 475 suppliers from Québec's tourism industry, informs you about their products, services and specials, and allows you to contact them.

EspacePro also allows tourism professionals and mass transit suppliers to offer a dynamic presentation of their companies on the Web, including maps, their products and services, and a way to receive requests for information and reservations.

Can I buy a bus ticket on Espacebus?

The site is informative and is not transactional, so it is not possible to purchase your bus ticket on espacebus.ca. You can buy your bus ticket at your departure city terminal.

Some carriers, like Orléans Express, Greyhound and Adirondack Transit Lines offer online ticket purchasing services.

Can I buy a package on Espacebus?

The site is informative and is not transactional, so it is not possible to purchase your package on espacebus.ca. Contact the agency directly to check availability and purchase your travel package.

How much time before departure should I arrive at the terminal?

We recommend that you arrive at the terminal half an hour before departure.

Is there an expiry date on a bus ticket?

The vast majority of return tickets are not dated and remain open for one year, but we recommend checking this information upon purchase.

Can I travel with my pet?

No pets are allowed aboard buses or coaches or in the baggage holds. Only trained and accredited assistance dogs may board.

Can I put my bicycle in the baggage hold of a motorcoach?

Conditions for transporting bicycles vary from one company to another. We recommend that you check the carrier's Web site or ask about this at your departure terminal.

I would like to rent a bus. How can I do this?

To rent a bus, please fill in the quote request in our Travelling by Bus section. After completion, the form will automatically be sent to our member carriers. They will then contact you to confirm their rates and availability.

What is the maximum size for luggage?

Each passenger can bring two suitcases with a combined maximum weight of 34 kg (75 lbs.) and a dimension no greater than 60 x 60 x 90 cm (24 x 24 x 36 inches) each. You can also bring one piece of hand luggage, which will be placed in the baggage compartment under the bus seat.

If you need to travel with more luggage, an extra fee will be charged. Since the fees vary from one carrier to another, please contact the carrier directly. Note that there are no extra luggage charges if the bus is chartered.
